	Description: Total renovation of a six story historical building. Works included: -Installation of a metallic system to brace the existing structure. -Piling and reinforcing the existing foundation. -Demolition of the interior (complete over hall) -Erection of a new concrete structure a long with the electro-mechanical services while keeping the 4 historical façades intact and ready to receive improvement.
